Cargo Damage Investigation Update: Monitoring Surveys and Receiver's Position

Our surveyor will monitor the surveys conducted by the other parties and continue to monitor the condition of the cargo. We have shared our opinion on the cause of the poor quantity of cargo with the receiver, but they still believe that the damage occurred on the vessel and that the vessel should be held responsible for it. However, the receiver has not yet filed a formal claim with an amount. We will continue to communicate with all relevant parties and keep you updated on any developments.
