Cargo Damage Investigation Update: Monitoring Survey and Receiver's Position

Our surveyor will continue to monitor the survey conducted by the other parties and will also keep a close eye on the condition of the cargo. We have already conveyed our opinion to the receiver regarding the possible cause of the poor quantity of cargo. However, the receiver still believes that the damage occurred on the vessel and that the vessel should be held responsible for it. It is worth noting that the receiver has not yet filed a formal claim with a specific amount.
