They provided us with information regarding the oil spill emergency vessels used during the period of September 7th to September 8th. According to them, the vessel used was named "Zhonghai Oil 28," while the two working boats were referred to as "Xinxing 002" and "Xinxing 003." The power ratings for these vessels were recorded as 219KW, 105KW, and 105KW respectively.

To gather more information about the movements of these vessels, we conducted a search on the Ship Information Network. Our search revealed that "Zhonghai Oil 28" and "Xinxing 002" frequently arrived in the vicinity of NEWZENBERG. However, we were unable to find any available trajectories for "Xinxing 003" prior to September 14th.

Furthermore, the personnel from the cleaning company informed us that "Zhonghai Oil 28" has been under surveillance since the completion of the cleaning operation and is currently on standby.
