Based on on-site inspection and our experience, we have noticed that the problem with the goods is a contagious disease, mainly manifested as 'freckles'. We did not find any common phenomena caused by abnormal temperatures, such as cold damage or forced ripening. Our temperature record analysis also confirms this point, and the container is in good working condition during transportation. Therefore, we believe that the main cause of damage to the goods is poor pre-treatment of the goods, which leads to the invasion of pathogenic microorganisms. Of course, insufficient pre-cooling of the goods and setting the temperature too high may exacerbate the degree of damage.
