I hope this email finds you well. I am currently in the process of planning my module registration for the upcoming semester and there is a concern that I would like to address. As a BBA in Global Business Management major, it is required for my cohort to take module codes ENG1001, ENG1002, ENG2001, and ENG2002 as part of the English core requirement.

Initially, I had intended to take ENG2002 this semester, as per the recommended study plan. However, I have recently discovered that ENG2002 is not being offered during this semester. Furthermore, since I will be participating in an exchange programme during the second semester of 2023/24, I am uncertain whether I will have the opportunity to take ENG2002 at that time. Additionally, I have noticed that the English requirement for the new cohort is ENG2020 instead of ENG2002. This has raised concerns that ENG2002 may be phased out and I might miss the opportunity to take it in the future.

I kindly request clarification regarding the availability of ENG2002 in the academic year 2024/25. Could you please inform me if ENG2002 will be provided during that year? If so, I would greatly appreciate knowing which semester is most likely to offer it.
