TMB has emerged as a potential factor associated with immune checkpoint blockade treatment in various solid tumors. In this study, we further assessed the TMB threshold in our cohort and compared the survival outcomes between patients with TMB>1 and TMB<1. Our findings confirmed that patients with TMB>1 had significantly shorter overall survival (OS) compared to those with TMB<1 (log-rank P = 0.026), but no significant difference was observed in progression-free survival (PFS). Furthermore, we discovered that patients with HRD-positive tumors could benefit from platinum-based chemotherapy or PARP inhibitors. A HRD score of 42 or higher indicated positivity, while a score less than 42 suggested negativity. Interestingly, patients with HRD positivity experienced worse PFS compared to those with HRD negativity (median, HRD ≥ 42 vs HRD < 42, 8.0 v 17.0 months; log-rank P = 0.003). However, no statistically significant differences were found in OS between patients with HRD≥42 and HRD < 42
