The four travelers ring the bell at the Gate, surprising the Guardian with their return from the Land of the Winkies. "We want to see the Great Wizard!" Dorothy exclaims. The Guardian guides them to the Palace of Oz, where they enjoy a delicious dinner before retiring for the night.
The following morning, the Wizard fulfills his promise and begins treating the travelers. The scarecrow is the first to visit Oz. "Do you have my brain?" he asks eagerly. Oz replies, "Yes, I do. Please come and sit down. I will give you a real head." Oz produces a few bottles of potion and pours them onto the scarecrow's head. He then waves his magic wand and recites a series of spells. In a burst of light, the scarecrow exclaims, "Thank you very much! I now feel quite intelligent."
Next, it is the Tin Woodman's turn. "Do you have my heart?" he inquires. Oz responds, "Yes, I do. Please come and sit down." Oz waves his wand once more and recites different spells. Suddenly, a beautiful red heart appears within the Tin Woodman's body. Overwhelmed with joy, the Tin Woodman exclaims, "It's visible! How marvelous! Thank you, Oz."
The Lion enters the room, anxious for his turn. "Do you have some courage for me?" he asks. Oz confidently replies, "Yes, I do." He conjures a colorful and magical-looking bottle of potion with his wand. The Lion eagerly drinks it in one gulp and exclaims with delight, "Wow! I feel very, very brave now! Thank you, Oz."
Finally, Dorothy enters the Throne Room. "Can you send me back to Kansas?" she requests. Oz's response is apologetic. "I'm sorry, but I don't know the spells. You must go and see Glinda, the Witch of the South," he explains. "She rules the land of the Quadlings, and they believe she is good. Glinda is kind to everyone and is also young and beautiful. I am more than happy to send you there." Grateful for his guidance, Dorothy says, "Thank you very much."
Thus, Oz waves his wand once more and recites spells to transport the four travelers to the land of the Quadlings in a flash of light
