Hello everyone,

I hope this email finds you well. I am a member of the global Indirect Procurement team, also located on the 10th floor of JKC. I wanted to inform you all that we will be hosting two training sessions for our colleagues on the 10th floor of MIC. The main focus of these sessions will be on how to obtain support from the IP team, how to identify suitable vendors for services, how to apply for POs and contracts, and how to ensure smooth payments, among other topics. We have also invited our colleagues from the finance and legal departments to join us.

While this training is specifically tailored for MIC, we understand that many of you have faced challenges in obtaining local IP support. Therefore, we would like to extend an invitation to all of you who may be interested in attending these sessions. The training will be split into two sessions, scheduled for September 20th and September 21st. Each session will last for 1.5 hours and will be conducted in Chinese. You can choose to attend in person or join online. Please refer to the attached image for the training agenda.
