把我认为安全和效率是相对的我们在追求一个的同时就会在一定程度上牺牲另一个每一位管制员对安全和效率的平衡的把握也是不同的。举一个最简单的例子什么时候飞机要跟随前机下降高度什么时候不需要不同的管制员有不同的选择。但是随着科技的发展安全和效率可以同时被提升比如当我们从程序管制转变为雷达管制后既提高了安全性又增加了效率。并且我认为每一位管制员的目标都是在确保绝对安全的前提下获得最高的效率翻译成英文

"I believe that safety and efficiency are relative, and in pursuit of one, we may sacrifice the other to some extent. Each controller has a different understanding of the balance between safety and efficiency. For example, deciding when an aircraft should follow the descent of the preceding aircraft or not varies among different controllers. However, with the advancement of technology, safety and efficiency can be improved simultaneously. For instance, transitioning from procedural control to radar control enhances both safety and efficiency. Furthermore, I believe that every controller's goal is to achieve the highest efficiency while ensuring absolute safety.
