I am reaching out to you to inquire and inform you that the Global JML team is planning to initiate an RFQ (Request for Quotation) process. This RFQ will primarily focus on JML VM (Visual Merchandising) products. While you have been involved in the JML collateral part in the past, your participation in the VM product tagging has been minimal.

This RFQ is scheduled to commence in early September and conclude by the middle or end of September. The scope of the RFQ will include approximately 20 SKUs (Stock Keeping Units), and the target countries will be global. The eRFQ platform on Ariba will be used for this RFQ process, which is similar to the bidding process you have previously experienced for APAC.

In light of this, I would like to confirm if you would be the appropriate person to submit the bid on behalf of our team. Your expertise and experience in the field would be valuable in ensuring a successful RFQ process.
