I am applying to travel to Singapore and Vietnam in mid to late September to meet with the APAC IP team and RDDC and also to visit the factories in South Asia. The travel budget has been submitted by APAC IP Director Dario to Vivian.

I would like to inquire about setting annual goals and how to set my PDP (Personal Development Plan). Can I refer to my boss's PDP to understand the work priorities?

Currently, my work priorities can be divided into four areas: 1) Supporting Global projects and identifying opportunities for leverage. 2) Assisting APAC in continuing the FVC project, focusing on optimization and supplier management development. 3) Assisting the Shanghai brand hub, with a primary focus on print and premium projects. 4) Supporting MIC IP, primarily focusing on process improvement training and providing support for various MIC IP projects
