Research on Human Resource Management Model Based on Property Digital Work Order System ——Taking Shenzhen Aerospace Property Management Co., Ltd. as an Example

Abstract: This study takes Shenzhen Aerospace Property Management Co., Ltd. as an example to explore the human resource management model based on the property digital work order system. By analyzing the current human resource management model of the company, it is found that there are problems such as low work efficiency and poor communication. To solve these problems, the property digital work order system is introduced to integrate human resource management with work order management. The study found that with the assistance of the property digital work order system, it is possible to achieve automation of work processes, real-time sharing of information, and collaborative office functions, effectively improving work efficiency and communication effectiveness. In practice, this model has achieved significant results and provides reference for other property companies.
