why do we sneez
We sneeze as a reflex action to expel irritants or foreign particles from our nose or respiratory system. When these irritants, such as dust, pollen, or smoke, enter our nasal passages, the nerves in the nose detect them and trigger a response. The muscles in our chest and abdomen contract forcefully, and air is forced out of our lungs through the nose and mouth. This sudden burst of air helps to remove the irritants and clear our nasal passages, protecting our respiratory system.
