P6 What is Honghua's solution? We have built the Intelligent Drilling Rig 1.0 based on the ground automated drilling rig as the hardware platform and the digital drilling system as the software platform. The ground drilling rig is equipped with key equipment such as digital direct drive top drive, electromechanical integrated efficient winch, digital direct drive five-cylinder pump, "one-button linkage" system 3.0, mud area automation processing system, and energy storage system. It utilizes efficient direct drive technology, multi-machine collaborative control technology, intelligent perception technology, machine learning health monitoring and diagnosis technology, etc., to build a powerful automated drilling rig. The digital drilling system uses Unison, the drilling rig control system, as the foundation for drilling rig control.
