Analysis of the native bacterial community structure in apple root system after application of Pseudomonas fluorescens strain PG-9
The experimental procedure was the same as described in section 1.2. On August 15, 2022, a five-point sampling method was used to randomly select apple trees with similar growth conditions for apple root sampling. Within a 50 cm range from the tree trunk, a shovel was used to expose part of the root system in the same direction. Partial root samples were cut and the surrounding soil was shaken off. Each sampling point was repeated three times. The samples were then taken back to the laboratory, disinfected, and stored at -80°C for further use. The analysis of the native bacterial community in the apple root system was entrusted to Shanghai Meiji Biopharmaceutical Technology Co., LTD for OTU clustering
