Factory Inspection: Expert Advice and Charterer Surveyor Involvement
Based on expert advice, we were instructed to conduct an inspection at the consignee's factory. With the consent of the consignee, we set out for the factory on May 11th and arrived at 3 pm on the same day. The charterer surveyor joined us for the inspection.
