(b) Currently, I am working as a project manager intern at Hangzhou Remote Bank in the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC). My main responsibilities include planning the project for the enterprise WeChat (customer management system) and conducting requirements analysis, feasibility studies, and deployment planning. I also collaborate with the data analysis team to analyze fund flow data and with the operations team to research new customer acquisition strategies and customer reactivation strategies. In this role, I have been able to develop my skills in data processing and analysis, particularly in Python and SQL, while also learning systematic analytical methods.
