Abstract:

With the rapid development of China's economy and the progress of society, the reform of the administrative approval system has become an important part of the current Chinese government's reform. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current administrative approval system and draws on relevant research results at home and abroad to propose the direction of reform of the administrative approval system. First, it is necessary to further simplify the administrative approval procedure, reduce approval links, and improve administrative efficiency. Secondly, it is necessary to strengthen the transparency of administrative approval, and establish a sound system of information disclosure for administrative approval. Finally, it is necessary to strengthen the supervision and evaluation of administrative approval, and improve the fairness and credibility of administrative approval. In order to guarantee the smooth progress of the reform of the administrative approval system, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects: legal guarantee, technological guarantee, and institutional guarantee. The research results of this paper have certain theoretical and practical significance for deepening the reform of the administrative approval system and improving administrative efficiency and service quality.
