Further to the matter mentioned above, we would like to inform you that the vessel has berthed at Jihai terminal of Huanghua port at 1000hrs this morning. After completing the necessary port entry formalities, our surveyor attended the vessel and conducted the draft survey together with the Chief Officer (C/O) from 1130hrs to 1230hrs.

Based on our draft survey and the C/O's declared constant of approximately 450Mt, we estimated that the total quantity of cargo loaded on board was approximately 63,573.76 MT. This figure was 116.14 MT (0.183%) higher than the figures stated on the Bill of Lading (63,457.617 MT). The draft survey figure provided by the C/O was almost identical to ours.

Upon completion of the draft survey, we inspected the cargo in each cargo hold and observed that it had an overall golden yellow color and no peculiar smell. The cargo appeared to be of very good quality. The Customs officer has also completed the onboard inspection and sampling of the cargo. The samples will be sent to the laboratory for testing. Discharging operations will commence once the test results are available, which is expected to be around 1700hrs this afternoon.

Considering the current situation, we would like to inquire if it is still necessary for us to remain on the ship to supervise the cargo condition. We will provide you with the sounding report and cargo condition report at a later time.
