In this study, the lowest treatment temperature reached the lethal temperature for some plants, so there may be significant experimental errors in the test results of gene expression levels and physiological indicators, and therefore, they were not detected. In this study, ion permeability and survival rate were tested as the main indicators of freezing resistance.
