Thank you for the warm welcome to GroupM and for sending me the official offer letter and JD Appendix. I have reviewed the documents and I am pleased to confirm my acceptance of the offer.

I have attached the signed offer letter and JD Appendix, as well as the completed "New Staff Personal Information Form" with the necessary personal details. Additionally, I have included a softcopy of my 2-inch ID photo with a white background.

Regarding the bank account information and reference check, I would like to inform you that I have decided not to proceed with providing the bank account information and completing the reference check at this time.

For the on-boarding process, I have taken note of the attachment "新员工入职须知" and will ensure that I bring all the required documents on my first working day. I will arrive at 9.30am as instructed and look forward to meeting with the HR colleague who will assist me with the on-boarding registration.
