Measuring the Discrepancy between Probability Distributions: A Solution for Noise-Dependent Samples
Previous sections highlighted the limitations of traditional transition matrix methods when applied to samples that are dependent on noise, particularly when the posterior noise probability estimates are inaccurate. This issue arises primarily due to the discrepancy between probability distributions A and B. To address this, we propose introducing a metric to quantify the difference between these probability distributions.
