Synergistic Impact of Human Capital and AI on Input-Output Efficiency

This study investigates the effects of human capital and artificial intelligence (AI) on input-output efficiency. Columns (5) and (6) of the analysis present the respective effects. The results reveal that both human capital and AI have significantly positive coefficients, indicating their individual contributions to improving efficiency. Notably, while human capital demonstrates a larger coefficient value compared to AI, the study emphasizes that their combined cooperation is essential to unlock a multiplicative improvement in input-output efficiency. This highlights the synergistic potential of human expertise and AI capabilities in maximizing organizational productivity.
