Roku Trademark Infringement - Request for Complaint Withdrawal

Dear Roku Brands,

We are writing to address the notice we received regarding our product AAA (Complaint ID: BBB) allegedly violating your trademark rights.

Upon receiving your notice, we immediately removed all references to "Roku" in both the title and description of our product.

• "Cable for charging AmazonBasics speaker." The cable is neither created nor sold by Amazon.
• "Wireless speaker for laptop, compatible with AmazonBasics." The speaker is not an Amazon creation.
• "Basic cable works with Pinzon." The cable is neither sold nor created by Pinzon.

Considering these examples, we would like to inquire if we can continue using the term "for Roku" to express compatibility with your brand.

We kindly request your understanding and consideration in withdrawing the infringement complaints. Any retractions from rights holders will be promptly forwarded to Amazon to reinstate the sales of our products.
