Analysis of the temperature log indicates that high temperatures during discharge from the terminal at the discharging port, when the container was taken out for delivery to the consignee, are the most likely cause of the damage. However, we cannot rule out the possibility of quality defects in the cargo or abnormal temperature conditions after delivery to the consignee.
