surance for the goods during transportation shall be borne by the buyer.Payment Terms： The buyer shall make a 30% deposit within 3 days after signing the contract, and the remaining 70% shall be paid by T/T before the goods leave the port of shipment. The seller shall not deliver the goods until the full payment is received.Warranty： The seller guarantees that the goods sold are brand new, unused, and in good condition. The warranty period for the compressor is 3 years, and the warranty period for other parts is 1 year. During the warranty period, if there is any quality problem with the goods, the seller shall bear the responsibility for repair or replacement. But the warranty does not cover damage caused by human factors, natural disasters, or improper use.Force Majeure： If either party is unable to fulfill its obligations under this contract due to Force Majeure events such as war, natural disasters, strikes, or government actions, the affected party shall promptly notify the other party in writing and take all necessary measures to mitigate the impact of the event. The affected party shall not be liable for any damages caused by the event.Arbitration： Any dispute arising from this contract shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with the Commission's arbitration rules. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.Language： This contract is written in English and Chinese, both texts having equal legal force. In case of any discrepancy between the two texts, the Chinese text shall prevail.This contract is made in duplicate, with each party holding one copy. Both parties confirm that they have read and fully understood the contents of the contract, and agree to perform their respective obligations according to the terms and conditions stated above. The contract shall take effect upon the signature of both parties.
