MSA Investigation: Request for No Administrative Penalties

Our P&I club correspondent, ourselves, and the protective agent are actively collaborating with the MSA investigation. It is crucial to emphasize that the alleged incident was not a result of any negligence on the part of the vessel or crew, and there were no negative repercussions. Considering these facts, we respectfully urge the MSA to seriously contemplate our proposal to abstain from imposing any administrative penalties in relation to our vessel.
