Silo Cargo Inspection Reveals Mold, Clumping, and Potential Condensation Issues
During the on-site inspection, it was observed that there were approximately 500 tons of remaining cargo in the silo. However, the cargo was concentrated on one side and had formed severe clumps. Moreover, a significant amount of moldy soybeans were found on the surface of the cargo pile. Further inspection revealed the presence of discolored soybeans and even carbonized areas on the surface of the pile. The temperature of the cargo pile was recorded to be approximately 35 degrees Celsius, which was similar to the ambient air temperature. Additionally, multiple wet traces were discovered near the silo walls, indicating a potential condensation issue caused by the humid air inside the silo.
