I am writing to report a problem with my VPS. The VPS seems to be shutting down on its own even though there are no services running. Every time I try to connect via SSH, I find that the VPS is offline and I have to manually start it up again from the control panel.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and help me resolve it. If it is not possible to fix the problem, I would like to request that the VPS be deleted and a new one be created on another server node. There is no important data on the current VPS, so it can be deleted without any concerns.
