Act 1

Scene 1

The camera shows a man, John, lying on his bed, staring blankly at the ceiling. He looks lost and hopeless. His phone rings, but he doesn't answer. The ringing stops, and the camera shows a missed call notification from his best friend, Mike.

Scene 2

John's friend, Mike, is sitting on his couch, scrolling through his phone. He looks worried and decides to go to John's house to check on him.

Scene 3

Mike arrives at John's house and knocks on the door. No one answers, but he can hear faint music coming from inside. He tries calling John again, but there's no answer. He decides to enter the house and sees John lying on the bed.

Mike: John, what's going on? I've been trying to reach you all day.

John: (sighs) I don't know, man. I just feel so lost and hopeless.

Mike: (sits beside John) Is it because of work? The breakup with your girlfriend?

John: It's everything. I don't know what I'm doing with my life.

Mike: (places his hand on John's shoulder) You can't give up, man. Life may be tough, but there's always a way to get through it.

Act 2

Scene 1

Mike takes John out for a walk in the park. They sit on a bench, and Mike starts talking.

Mike: You know, John, life may be tough, but it's also beautiful. There's so much to explore, so much to learn, and so many people to meet.

John: (sighs) I know, but sometimes I just don't see the point.

Mike: (smiles) That's because you're looking at the wrong things. You need to focus on what you love, what makes you happy. Life is short, so make the most of it.

Scene 2

Mike takes John to a music concert, where they dance and have fun. John starts to feel alive again, and his eyes light up.

Scene 3

Mike and John are sitting on a rooftop, watching the sunset.

Mike: (smiling) You see, John, life is full of surprises. You never know what's going to happen next.

John: (smiling back) You're right, Mike. I need to stop worrying and start living.

Act 3

Scene 1

John starts to take steps towards a more fulfilling life. He quits his job and starts a business he's passionate about. He also starts volunteering at a local shelter, which he finds rewarding.

Scene 2

John meets a girl, Sarah, while volunteering at the shelter. They hit it off and start dating.

Scene 3

Mike and John are sitting on the same bench in the park where they had their conversation. John looks happier and more alive.

Mike: (smiling) You look like a new man, John.

John: (laughing) I feel like one, Mike. I never realized how much I was missing out on.

Mike: (smiling) That's because you were too focused on the negative. Life is about finding the positives and thriving.

John: (nodding) You're right, Mike. Thanks for helping me see that.

The camera zooms out, showing John and Mike laughing and enjoying the beauty of life. The sun sets behind them, symbolizing a new beginning
