Please note that the discharging process is proceeding as planned. Earlier this evening, the consignee requested that the remaining cargo in cargo hold No. 4 be mixed with the cargo from the other holds and discharged into the silos and warehouse 203. The consignee estimates that around 1200 tons of cargo discharged from cargo hold No. 4 were separately stored in warehouse 206, and the exact quantity will be determined by the weight certificate. To date, approximately 26,300 tons have been discharged.

Regarding sampling, it is recommended that the sampling method used be consistent with the method declared in the loading port quality certificate. However, we have discovered that the loading port quality certificate did not declare the sampling method used for the Brazilian soybeans. Typically, FOSFA method is used for sampling Brazilian soybeans. The SGS surveyor has been authorized by the shipper to sample using the FOSFA method, and the shipper has agreed to jointly commission SGS for sampling.

As we do not possess the FOSFA sampling qualification, we suggest that SGS be jointly commissioned for sampling. SGS has quoted a price of 1.05 yuan per ton per party for the joint commission. If our principal decides to jointly commission SGS with the consignee for sampling, we suggest arranging for another surveyor to supervise the sampling. Alternatively, our principal can separately commission ITS, a company with FOSFA sampling qualification, for sampling, with a quotation of 1.5 yuan per ton for the entire cargo.
