Please be advised that the discharging process is proceeding as normal. Earlier this evening, the consignee requested that the remaining cargo in cargo hold No. 4 be similar to that in the other holds. Subsequently, the cargo in cargo hold No. 4 will be mixed with the cargo from the other holds and discharged into the silos and warehouse 203. The consignee has estimated that approximately 1200 tons of cargo discharged from cargo hold No. 4 were separately stored in warehouse 206, and the exact quantity will be determined by the weight certificate. To date, approximately 26,300 tons have been discharged.
In terms of sampling, it is recommended that the sampling method be consistent with the method declared in the loading port quality certificate. However, we have discovered that the loading port quality certificate (cargo information) did not declare the sampling method used. Typically, Brazilian soybeans are sampled according to the FOSFA method. As per the SGS surveyor, they have been authorized by the shipper to sample using the FOSFA method, and the shipper has agreed to jointly commission SGS for sampling. As we do not possess the required sampling qualification recognized by FOSFA, we recommend that SGS be jointly commissioned for sampling at a cost of 1.05 yuan per ton per party. If the commissioning party decides to jointly commission SGS with the consignee for sampling, we suggest that an inspector be arranged to supervise the sampling. Alternatively, the commissioning party may choose to separately commission another company with FOSFA sampling qualification, ITS, for sampling at a cost of 1.5 yuan per ton for the entire cargo. We will await your further decision regarding the sampling arrangement
