As the number of passengers using domestic airlines continues to grow, airports face the challenge of enhancing their core competitiveness by improving the quality of their passenger services. This requires ensuring that the airport's level of service matches the demands of the new operating environment, and effectively elevating their overall competitiveness. This article examines Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport as a case study, conducting surveys to comprehensively understand the airport's passenger service quality, identifying existing issues, and proposing corresponding countermeasures.
