Therefore, this article aims to construct a model for the configuration and path planning of hybrid vehicles with time windows for fuel and electric logistics vehicles, from the perspective of long-term operation of logistics enterprises. It investigates the impact of purchase subsidies and carbon reduction policies (carbon tax, C&T mechanism) on the configuration of hybrid vehicles and carbon emissions of logistics enterprises.
