OSPF LSA Type 1-7 refer to the different types of Link State Advertisements (LSAs) used by the OSPF routing protocol. Here is a brief description of each:

Router LSA: This LSA is generated by each router in an OSPF network to advertise its directly connected links and their associated metrics.
Network LSA: This LSA is generated by the DR (Designated Router) for each broadcast and non-broadcast network to advertise the connected routers and their associated metrics.
Summary LSA (Type 3): This LSA is generated by Area Border Routers (ABRs) to advertise the network reachability information between different OSPF areas.
Summary LSA (Type 4): This LSA is generated by the ASBR (Autonomous System Boundary Router) to advertise the external routes to other areas within the same OSPF domain.
AS External LSA: This LSA is generated by the ASBR to advertise the external routes from other routing domains into the OSPF domain.
NSSA External LSA: This LSA is used in the NSSA (Not-So-Stubby-Area) to advertise external routes from other routing domains into the NSSA, which are then translated into Type 3 LSAs.
Link-local LSA: This LSA is used for router discovery and is generated by each router to advertise its own router ID and other link-local information.
