Cargo Off-Spec: Heat Damage Exceeds Acceptable Limits

Based on the results of independent third-party testing (ITS), all samples of the cargo exhibit heat damage exceeding 4%. This exceeds the acceptable limit set by both the Brazilian standard and national regulations. Furthermore, the shipper's declaration explicitly stated that the heat damage should not exceed 4%, reaffirming this limitation. Therefore, we conclude that the entire cargo is off-spec due to the excessive heat damage.
