how Narcissus died

According to Greek mythology, Narcissus died by drowning in a pool of water while gazing at his own reflection. He was so infatuated with his own beauty that he could not look away from his reflection and eventually fell into the water and drowned. The gods then turned him into a beautiful flower known as Narcissus.
