Michael Faraday did not have a formal education, instead he was an apprentice to a bookbinder and used his free time to educate himself by reading books on science and attending lectures at the Royal Institution in London.

Thomas Edison had a limited formal education, attending school for only a few months before being homeschooled by his mother. He was largely self-taught and developed his skills through reading and conducting experiments.

Nikola Tesla attended the Austrian Polytechnic in Graz, Austria and later studied at the University of Prague. He was a brilliant student and excelled in mathematics and physics.
