Abstract: This paper mainly studies the image recognition algorithm based on deep learning and applies it to practical scenarios. Firstly, this paper introduces the basic concepts and development history of deep learning, analyzes the differences and advantages between deep learning and traditional machine learning. Then, this paper introduces the principles and characteristics of deep learning models such as convolutional neural networks (CNN), recurrent neural networks (RNN) and generative adversarial networks (GAN) in detail. Next, taking image recognition as an example, this paper explores the technical route and implementation steps of the image recognition algorithm based on deep learning, including data preprocessing, model training and model evaluation. Finally, this paper applies the studied image recognition algorithm to practical scenarios and verifies its effectiveness and practicality through experiments.
