On March 30, the Young Elite Scientists Sponsorship Program (YESS) by China Association for Science and Technology (CAST) held its 2023 report meeting at Huazhong Agricultural University. This event featured five scholars from the Chinese Fisheries Society (CFS) who were selected into the program during the 7th and 8th sessions. These scholars presented their latest research results during the academic report portion of the meeting. Gaojian, the vice dean of the College of Fisheries, expertly presided over the event.
