A method for facilitating cash withdrawals using a guided voice dialogue system, comprising the steps of:

a) prompting a user to input their account information and desired withdrawal amount via a voice interface;

b) guiding the user through the process of completing the transaction via the voice interface;

c) providing the user with information regarding their account balance and recent transactions via the voice interface;

d) allowing the user to input information manually via a touch screen interface;

e) reading ATM cards via a card reader;

f) dispensing cash via a cash dispenser;

g) capturing images of the user for security purposes via a camera;

h) authenticating the identity of the user via a biometric sensor;

i) printing receipts via a printer;

j) providing instructions in multiple languages;

k) providing customized user preferences for future transactions.
