Rejecting Cargo Claim Based on Surveyor's Temperature Data Analysis

We responded to Barbuss rejecting their claim based on our surveyor's comments regarding the Members' temperature data. We received a response from Barbuss (attached) requesting our surveyor's report to support our position. After discussing the matter with our surveyor, they confirmed their opinion that the temperature inside the container met the requirements stated in the Bill of Lading during the carrier's custody from CY to CY. Additionally, they highlighted that the 'temperature variations' mentioned in the opposing report are normal fluctuations that occur during container transportation.
