Rebuttal to Barbuss Claim on Temperature Deviation - Surveyor Report Confirms Compliance

We have responded to Barbuss, rejecting their claim based on our surveyor's assessment of the Members' temperature data. Subsequently, we received a response from Barbuss (see attached) requesting access to our surveyor's report to substantiate our position.

Following a discussion with our surveyor, they have reiterated their professional opinion that the internal temperature of the container consistently adhered to the requirements outlined in the Bill of Lading (B/L) throughout the carrier's responsibility, from Container Yard (CY) to Container Yard (CY). Furthermore, our surveyor has clarified that the 'temperature variations' cited in the opposing report are typical fluctuations encountered during container transportation.
