In March, we strengthened engagement for our business teams by improving channels. We launched 'SQ&C x RoA' to address pain points and provide updates, metric support, and training. We revamped AM POCs to Master POCs for NSR to streamline communication and accelerate results. We combined all programs into a bi-weekly meeting for alignment. For AM, we merged OH and Compliance OH to provide a platform for general Account Health questions. SQ delivered 6 OH sessions and answered 31 questions in Q1'23.
